Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in accordance with national, state, and local public health authorities, we have postponed all in-person meetings. We will meet via virtual meetings, quarterly (every January, April, July, and October) on the Third Tuesday.

Mission: To reduce tobacco use and reduce exposure to secondhand smoke in Solano County.

ABOUT THE TOBACCO-FREE SOLANO COALITION

The Tobacco-Free Solano Coalition (TFS) has led tobacco-free advocacy efforts in Solano County since 1990. The TFS advises the Tobacco Prevention and Education Program, and Coalition members are critically involved in tobacco prevention projects as active participants and leaders.

MEETINGS

The Solano County the Tobacco-Free Solano Coalition meets quarterly in January, April, July and October. All meetings are open to the public and new members are always welcome. TFS meetings are held at the Solano County Health and Social Services Department, Conference Room 1, at 275 Beck Avenue, Fairfield.

SUCCESS! OUR JANUARY 2020 MEETING

On our January 2020 meeting, we celebrated our coalition’s successes and a Solano first: Benicia’s new tobacco ordinance, the strongest in Solano County.  Join Tobacco Free Solano to learn about some amazing local young people, their passionate work on tobacco advocacy, and have an opportunity to meet with local officials.
