      One of my go-tos is overnight oats. I love the following recipe: 1/2 cup rolled oats in a mason jar, 3 dashes of cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. of agave, 1 Tbsp. chia seeds, your choice of fruit chopped ( I enjoy strawberries, blueberries and banana), plant based protein powder, one cup almond milk, mix and put in refrigerator over night and enjoy in the morning!

      One of my favorite recipes is chicken tortilla soup. The best way to cook it is with a crockpot. Here is the recipe: 1 can of corn, 1 onion, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 1 can of beans, 3 bell peppers, 3-6 pieces of chicken breasts, 2 boxes of chicken broth or chicken bone broth. ; For the chicken- season with garlic, salt, pepper, and all-purpose seasoning, cumin, and smoked paprika; cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4. Garnish with tortilla chips (or use pieces of tortilla and cook on stove), 1 block of sharp cheddar (or use pre-shredded), guacamole, green onion, and sour cream
